  After her divorce from Nick Lachey, Jessica has been linked with many Hollywood stars like John Mayer, Johnny Knoxville, Maroon 5's Adam Levine. And now Simpson is so fed up with the link-ups that she has decided to accept it as the price she has to pay for fame. These days she can be seen getting close with her Employee of the Month co-star Dane Cook.

• TMZ.com reported Jess and Dane were seen whispering in each other's ears and that Dane “kept coming back to her every time he was pulled away."

• Jessica told a US chat show host, "We had great chemistry, onscreen chemistry and off-screen chemistry. But nothing sexually." Simpson insists that they both have always been "just good friends."

• There are also talks of Jessica's hook up with John Mayer. They were spotted together in a hotel in Beverly Hills.

• Jessica Suffering from Insomnia

  Recently, Jessica Simpson revealed that she is sexually frustrated and suffering from insomnia. She told Jay Leno that, "I cannot fall asleep. I end up lying on the floor until I fall asleep. I start thinking about what I wanna dream about. I’m a little sexually frustrated right now, so if you tell yourself what you’re gonna dream about then you can have a really great night.”

  Jessica insists she is just a "normal girl" learning to take charge of her career, future and herself. While that seems bit exaggerated in real life, for the paparazzi favorite star, it certainly is true in the reel life. She plays an ordinary discount store cashier in Employee of the Month.

• According to Jessica this represents a new grown-up chapter in her life. "I'm kind of doing it by doses and, along the way, figuring myself out and learning to belong to myself, learning to be committed to myself," she says. "I see a lot of change in my life right now. I'm really grasping hold of what I want for the first time."

• Seems Jessica is taking time to adjust to all the fame she has received. She credits her family and particularly her dad who is also her manager, Joe Simpson. Joe is "one of the best managers in the business" according to Jessica.

She has been recently in the news for her new film release Employee of the Month, her new album A Public Affair and a range of beauty products in shops. The pPublic would also like to see less of Tom Cruise, Anna Nicole Smith, Britney Spears and her husband Kevin Federline.
